All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 2-4 business days (7 Days For Holidays – not including the shipping time) from the time of purchase for domestic orders. 4-5 business days (7 Days For Holidays – not including the shipping time) for International Orders to send out.  Standard shipping times then apply. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and lead time. Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country.International Tracking will be limited in some countries. Please contact us  if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.

To make sure we deliver the best quality, we will re-check the t-shirt again. If it is not at the best quality, we will have to re-print it. In this case, the delivery will be longer than expected. If you do not get the shipping confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping to military bases via USPS will take longer. Please consider before purchasing items. You should use normal address if you want to get it sooner.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We work hard to ensure that all orders are printed to high-quality standards and shipped on time. We accept returns and will issue a refund or replacement within 30 days (whichever is later) for any of the following reasons (with visual confirmation): The product itself is flawed; the quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different than the design presented in the campaign. Any apparel you receive that is incorrectly printed will be reprinted and replaced for you, free of charge. In order to get a replacement sent out, please send us a photo of the shirt and the issue, we will then place another order for you on our end to make up for the mistake. Since our apparel is custom printed for each customer, any sizing issues will be your responsibility to double check before placing an order with us. If you would like another order at a discount due to a size issue, we can gladly help you out with that. Send us an email at to request another item if there is a misprint, or if you’d like to purchase another size at a discount.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We aren’t responsible for any missing items caused by incorrect shipping address. However, please contact us and we will make the best offer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
